Delays may occur due to external factors, and users will be notified of any extended processing times.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
(5) Transaction Disputes:
In case the original payment method is unavailable, alternative methods may be used at the discretion of Tiger New Energy.
Users can report transaction disputes through the Tiger New Energy Swapping App.
(6) Cancellation Policy:
The resolution process will involve a thorough investigation, and users will be notified of the outcome within 14 days.
Users can cancel a transaction within 24 hours of initiating the swap.
